Steel Wool Rolls
Our Steel Wool Rolls are made from superior quality raw materials that are specially produced to create improved fiber strength for demanding applications.
A steel wool roll is a continuous ribbon of steel wool that is approximately ½” thick and 4” wide that is compactly wound onto a 4″ wide cardboard core.
Standard size steel wool rolls are: 250g, 1lb, 5lb and 20lbs.

Steel Wool Hand Pads
ISW Steel wool hand pads are very handy for many different projects around the house or shop.
– Steel wool hand pads are typically packaged 16 pads/bag and 12 bags/case, but for the large user, we can also bulk pack hand pads to 800 pads/case.
– Choose from 8 grades of coarseness from FINEST #0000 steel wool to the COARSEST #4 wire wool for the toughest industrial jobs.
– Steel wool hand pads are conveniently packaged in color coded bags so you can easily distinguish between the 8 grades.
– Other package variations and private labeling also available.

Stainless Steel Wool Rolls
Stainless steel wool is specially suited for many muffler / exhaust manufacturers, industrial insulation, thermal insulation in power stations, gas and liquid filtration, pipe insulation, mist eliminators, heavy metal separation when corrosive, rust, tinder and heat are a concern.
Product characteristics of Stainless steel wool:
– Continuous ribbon of Stainless steel wool, Type AISI 434 (316L -special order)
– Three common grades: Fine(50 micron), Medium (80 micron), Coarse (120 micron)
– Density is controlled and specified in grams per linear meter
– Excellent media source for corrosion resistance, noise reduction, and heat insulation
– Heat Resistance up to to 800° C
– Typical Reel size is 4″ wide and ¼” thick ribbon in 5 lb or 10 lb rolls (other sizes available)
– 5lb roll consists of approximately 125′ linear feet of continuous steel wool ribbon
– Highly Resistant to Exhaust Acids and High Vibration, Making it an Excellent Material for Muffler Baffling.
